Returns and exchanges at Vivaim
We want to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase from Vivaim. If you are not completely satisfied, we would like to offer you the option to return or exchange the item within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returns
If you wish to return an item, please send an email to info@vivaim.nl with your order number and the reason for return. We will process your request as soon as possible and let you know how to return the item.
Please note that returned items must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on hygiene products. Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible in the same manner as you paid.
Exchange
If you would like to exchange an item, please send an email to info@vivaim.nl with your order number and which item you would like to exchange. We will process your request as soon as possible and let you know how to exchange the item.
Please note that exchanged items must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. Once we have received and checked the exchanged item, we will ship the new item to you as soon as possible.
