Our Returns Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we'll be happy to help you return your order for a refund.
Easy returns in five steps
- Take contact on via contact to receive the return form.
- Place the articles You must return the items you wish to return in the original box and packaging. Please note: The items must be returned in their original condition (undamaged, without signs of wear, and with all labels attached).
- You can now get the package close and stick the pre-cut return slip on a clearly visible part of the outside of the package; this slip already contains the return address and your sender's address.
- The return costs for a return shipment are at the customer's expense.
- Take the package to a post office. Once your package has arrived at our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email .
NOTE : Return shipping costs will be not reimbursed.
Exception
NOTE : You can no Personalized items, items with broken seals, and hygiene products such as swimwear, underwear, bras, and other items may be returned. We are not permitted to resell these items for hygiene reasons.
Please note that your return must meet the following requirements:
- In original condition
- Undamaged
- Original packaging
- Including return form with order number
- No personalized or hygienic products
- Provided with tracking code
If returns do not meet the above requirements, we may refuse the returns.
How can I exchange items?
Unfortunately, we cannot answer this question from our customer service no Exchanging items. We recommend returning the item you received, and once the return is accepted, making a new purchase for the new item.
